We want you to be happy with BattleHub. This policy explains when refunds are available.
1. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately and access to Pro features ends right away.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not be charged again, but the current month is not refunded.
3. Yearly subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund of unused full months if cancelled within 30 days of the most recent renewal. Outside that window, yearly fees are non-refundable.
4. Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades are applied immediately and prorated automatically by our payment processor.
5. Exceptions
- Where required by consumer law (e.g. Australian Consumer Law, EU consumer rights).
- Duplicate charges or billing errors — fully refunded on request.
- Extended Service outage attributable to BattleHub.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@battlehub.live with your account email and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
