- Account data: email address, display name, and authentication identifiers.
- Streaming data: overlay configuration, widget settings, and event activity needed to power your stream.
- Billing data: subscription status and customer ID held by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs for security and reliability.
2. How we use your data
- To run and improve the Service.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send transactional emails (welcome, billing, account changes).
- To detect abuse and keep the platform secure.
3. Data sharing
We share data only with the vendors needed to run BattleHub: our cloud database (Supabase), payment processor (Stripe), and email provider. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Your rights

5. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and accounting obligations.

BattleHub is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
